John Boorman has been a consultant plastic
surgeon since 1987, first
at Canniesburn Hospital in Glasgow and since 1992 at the Queen
Victoria
Hospital in East Grinstead. He has been the President of the
Craniofacial
Society of Great Britain and was Honorary Secretary of the British
Association of Plastic Surgeons for 3 years. He is one of the
UK delegates to the UEMS section of Plastic, Reconstructive
and Aesthetic Surgery of which
he is currently President.
His sub specialty interests within plastic
surgery are breast surgery (both aesthetic and reconstructive)
cleft lip and palate and hypospadias.
He is available to see patients at McIndoe
Surgical Centre in East Grinstead and also in Canterbury, Hythe
and Tunbridge Wells.
